If you have already submitted an application, and have questions about your Fuel Up Application status, please email the Perry Harrison Counselor at fuelupphscounselor@gmail.com.
 
Only a custodial parent or legal guardian may complete and submit an application for Fuel Up.
 
Online application information is only accessible by the Perry Harrison Counselor. Fuel Up Volunteers do not know which students are involved in the program at any time.
 
You must apply for Fuel Up every year!
2022-2021 school year applications are due on Tuesday, August 30, 2022. 
 
If you prefer to complete a paper application, you may download and print a copy here. Once completed, take it to the Perry Harrison front office, Counselor Office, or send in your child's folder in an envelope marked "Counselor".

Neither Chatham County Schools nor the volunteers of the “Fuel Up” program are responsible for allergic reactions or illnesses children may have to food items supplied. To avoid allergic reactions or food borne illnesses, please examine the foods thoroughly, examine and wash fresh produce, and properly prepare all foods before giving them to your child(ren).
 
Fuel Up at PHS is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization . Fuel Up at PHS is run by a group of volunteers who are not in any way affiliated with Chatham County Schools, Perry Harrison School or Perry Harrison School PTA.
